DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY

Every order is prepared and dispatched by our logistics partnerHUUB. If you have any questions regarding your order, please send an email to info@sanfedericobeachwear.com

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and delivered on working days.

Both Standard and Express delivery comes with a tracking number so that you can monitor your order's delivery progress.
Delivery pricing and estimated delivery time can be found on the "Delivery Options" page of our site.
If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the order a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. Organisation of a redelivery and/or collection is the responsibility of the customer.
Handling and custom fees may apply to orders sent outside of the EU. These fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box, BFPO or freight forwarding addresses.

Delivery Deadline
Orders received before 11 am (WET) will be dispatched on the same business day. Orders received after 11 am (WET), will be dispatched the next business day.

Free Delivery
Sanfederico Beachwear offers free standard delivery within the EU & UK.

RETURNS

When it comes to online purchases, we work on a “no questions asked” return policy. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your chosen purchase, just return it to us, in its original and unworn condition, with all labels and accessories intact, within 14 days of purchase. 

 

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@sanfedericobeachwear.com listing your:

  1. Full Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Item/s you would like to return
  4. If it is for an exchange, please tell us the item you want to exchange it for
  5. Reasons for return:
  6. a)Item does not fit
  7. b)Wrong item received
  8. c)Faulty/damaged item
  9. d)Other (please describe)

 

We will then reply with further instructions.


Once we have received your returned purchase in its original condition, we will make contact via email and endeavour to process the exchange or refund within two working days of receipt.

Purchased items that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a tracked service and that you retain proof of postage.
